All items provided by MedScan are to be used for the sole purpose of the successful collecting, processing, and shipping of MedScan patient specimens. It will be your responsibility to ensure that these items are properly used, maintained, and monitored. Any damaged equipment must be reported and returned immediately. 

Any lost or stolen equipment must be reported immediately to MedScan Laboratory.
